Caldwell Roofing is family-owned and operated with daily hands-on management. Our office is on NW 43rd Street in Boca Raton, most of our work happens within a short drive of it, and a good share of the roofs we replace are ones we can point to years later. We work for the homeowner: no new construction, no insurance restoration, no developers.
How We Work
All roofing work is performed by our own employees, never subcontracted crews. That is how we keep oversight consistent and quality reliable, and it is why our management personnel can visit every project site daily to monitor progress and standards.
We work with tile, standing seam metal, shingle and flat roof systems, on projects ranging from repairs and routine maintenance to complete replacements, for both residential and commercial properties across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and the surrounding communities.
Licensed and Insured Beyond the Minimum
We hold a State of Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license, CCC-033696. Every employee is covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance, and we maintain liability insurance limits that exceed Florida state mandates.
Ask any roofer for the same two proofs before they set foot on your roof: the license in their own name, and current certificates of insurance for the people actually doing the work.
How We Handle Your Project
Once a project begins, we work until it is finished. Our goal is to eliminate the delays often associated with typical contracting: no roof stripped and left under tar paper for weeks, no dumpster living in your driveway.
We require only a small upfront deposit to cover permit applications and filing. Construction is funded by our own business resources, and you pay for the work as it is completed and in place.
A consultative approach. Roofing materials and product availability change constantly in Florida. We take an active role in walking you through the options that fit your home, your neighborhood’s approval requirements, and your budget, before you sign anything.

Our Crews, Not Subs
The people on your roof are Caldwell employees, trained to our standard and supervised by our own management every day of the job.
Clean Sites, Every Evening
We clean each job site daily, including running magnets for stray nails and metal. Unlike many companies, we do not leave equipment, dumpsters or trucks overnight, so you keep full use of your property during the project.
Straight Answers
Our office handles phone calls and inquiries promptly, appointments are scheduled and kept, and if a repair will do instead of a replacement, that is what we will tell you.
